George & Jairelbhi Teaching & Performing in Austin, TX

Congratulations to George & Jairelbhi Furlong, who were chosen to teach and perform at the 13th Annual Fandango de Tango event next weekend! The event will be held November 23 – 27 in Austin, Texas. George & Jairelbhi are part of an All-Star cast of Instructors, including Guillermo Merlo & Fernanda Chi, who have taught workshops at Studio 22. We are thrilled to have such fabulous instructors at Studio 22!

Good Luck at Ohio Star Ball!

This year, Sergey Korshunov & Michelle Hafle will be competing in the professional Latin division, and their students, John Hansen, Kathy Toler, and Hannah Busch, will be competing in the Pro/Am Latin & Smooth. Salsa Team Performances

Congratulations to the Studio 22 Salsa Team for their performances this past weekend at the 2011 Dallas Salsa Congress and the 2011 Dallas Dance Festival. They’ll also be performing this Friday, November 18th at the UTD’s Dancin’ For A Cause event, which benefits Special Olympics and the Susan Cohan Colon Cancer Foundation. Natalja judging at 2011 Assen Dance Festival

Congratulations to Natalja Panina, who was invited to judge this year’s 36th Dutch Open Championships! The competition runs November 7 – 13 in Assen, Netherlands. We wish her the best of luck, and are so honored to have an instructor here at Studio 22 that judges such prestigious competitions!
